Silicone is good at insulating heat, so it takes a little longer to travel outwards to the skin and body. On average, it could take around 2 hours to fully warm your doll. 

If you’re having difficulty with the internal full-body heating system, you might not be giving it enough time. The difference is night and day, and you’ll notice right away if you just give it enough time.

NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOLL ALONE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD WHILE USING THE HEATING SYSTEM. TOO MUCH HEAT EXPOSURE COULD DAMAGE THE MATERIALS.

The doll's body features an external motor connected via an air tube, simulating the clamping and suction sensations of a real orgasm. Not only does it intelligently perform rhythmic clamping and suction, but the textured particles inside the vagina also provide a friction sensation. Hardened hands can effectively reduce the chance of accidentally piercing the fingertips.

The standing without bolts are reinforced for short-term standing. For extended periods, a standing assist frame is recommended. The standing with match the body's softness and are suitable for prolonged standing.

The local softening (e.g., abdomen/thigh softening) involves removing the weight-reduction layer in specific areas and replacing it with a softening gel. This achieves a targeted soft feel but does add some extra weight to those parts. The softer body softness feature is achieved by using a softer grade of silicone material throughout the entire body construction.

The doll heads are available in four types: hard head, soft head,hard movable mouth head, and soft movable mouth head. Please note that non-movable mouth head and movable mouth heads are made from different molds, so their facial contours may vary slightly.

In terms of details, hard heads and hard movable mouth heads feature implanted eyebrows and eyelashes, giving them a more refined appearance. Soft heads and soft movable mouth heads, on the other hand, have painted eyebrows and attached eyelashes.

The lubricated vagina features a special material inside the vaginal canal that becomes lubricated upon contact with water, eliminating the need for lubricant during intercourse.

The detachable part of the separate vagina can be removed, but the integrated part cannot. When cleaning separate vagina, you need to clean both the vaginal cavity of the body and the detachable insert. For integrated vagina, only the vaginal cavity of the body needs to be cleaned.

The silicone we use has very minimal oil seepage. However, in very hot weather or when using the heating function, it's completely normal to see a tiny bit more. No worries at all — just give it a light powdering and it'll be perfect!

Our dolls are best stored in a cool, shaded area. In hot weather, a light application of body powder can help maintain a dry and smooth surface if any natural oil secretion occurs. For ideal long-term storage, we recommend using a dedicated rack: separate the head and hang the body. If you're using a standing assist frame instead, please adjust the pose and height carefully to shift weight away from the feet—this allows for safe, extended standing. When placing the doll on a bed, either lay it on its side or, if lying flat, use a soft latex pad under the body to relieve pressure on the lower back and buttocks.

For general cleaning, warm water and a mild bath soap are perfect. For intimate care, we include a special vaginal cleaner. Just fill it with water and gently irrigate the area.

Our dolls feature the EVO skeleton, which is incredibly flexible! It can achieve most human-like poses, including the splits, duck sitting, kneeling, shoulder shrugs, and more. However, to ensure long-term durability, we recommend avoiding holding any single extreme pose for extended periods, as this can stress both the skeleton and the silicone over time.

We use STPE, a new generation of TPE material! It has much less oil, zero odd smell, and a wonderfully soft, dough-like feel. It's a big difference from traditional TPE!
