Refund and Returns Policy After-sales Service Terms
To protect your rights and interests, please read the following terms carefully before signing for the package. Once signed for or used, it will be regarded as your understanding and consent to the policy.
- Inspection and Signature
It is recommended that you inspect the package before signing for it to confirm the appearance, joint movement, etc. of the product. Once signed for, it will be considered that you have accepted the product’s craftsmanship and design. We will not provide a no-cause return or exchange service.
- Quality Issues Guarantee
If you find any quality issues after signing for the package, please take photos or record videos and contact the customer service immediately:
Functional Defects: Internal faults that affect core usage;
Structural Damage: Non-human-caused damage to the frame, joints, etc.
Solution:
Free Repair or Replacement: If the quality issue is confirmed to be genuine, we will provide free repair; if it cannot be repaired, a new product of the same model will be replaced.
Return and Refund: If there are special circumstances requiring a return, after verification, we will fully refund the amount and the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us.
III. Non-Quality Issues Explanation
The following situations do not constitute quality issues and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Material Odor: There may be a slight odor after opening the edible-grade silicone/TPE. Ventilation can eliminate it;
Design Details: Height, body shape, makeup, etc. are consistent with the official pictures and are not used as the basis for return or exchange;
Usage Wear: Wear and tear caused by normal use does not constitute a quality issue. Please refer to the “Use and Maintenance Manual” for care.
- Warranty Policy
The product enjoys a 12-month free warranty from the date of signing for, covering material and craftsmanship defects. Human damage, improper use, or products beyond the warranty period can be provided with paid repair. In case of a malfunction, please contact the customer service to arrange for testing or sending for repair.
- Use and Safety Instructions
Age Limit: The product is for adults over 18 years old only.
Proper Storage: Please store it out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
Compliant Use: Do not display the naked body in public places. Respect public order and good morals. The relevant responsibility is borne by the user.
Personal Hygiene: The product is a private personal item. Do not share its use. The health risks caused by resale or transfer are not the responsibility of our company.
Original Declaration: The product image is all original design. If there is a partial similarity, it is purely coincidental.
Refund and Returns Policy Transportation Policy
To ensure a clear and smooth experience from placing an order to receiving the package, please refer to the following detailed instructions regarding order processing, production cycle, and logistics arrangements.
Order Processing and Production Cycle
Order Processing: We will complete the order review and processing within 2 working days after your payment is successful.
Production Cycle:
Standard Series Products: It usually takes about 30-35 working days. Please consult our customer service for the specific time required.
Customized Silicone Products: Due to the involvement of detailed hand-painting and personalized craftsmanship, the cycle is approximately 35-40 working days. If the customization requirements are complex, it may take an additional 5-10 working days.
All products undergo strict final inspection before leaving the factory, including detailed refinement, cleaning, and safe packaging to ensure you receive a perfect product.
- Transportation Services and Tariffs
We offer Duty-Free Delivery (DDP) service, which means you don’t have to worry about the complex customs clearance procedures and additional taxes (except in special regions).
We undertake: Export customs declaration, international freight charges, import duties in the destination country, and customs clearance procedures.

Notice:
From mid-January to February each year, due to global holidays (such as Christmas and the Spring Festival), the speed of international logistics may generally be delayed. Sea transportation and railway transportation are more significantly affected.
We will select the most reliable and efficient transportation solution for you based on the current international logistics situation.
Regarding tariffs: Please contact us to confirm whether your country needs to handle customs clearance and payment of taxes independently.
Logistics Tracking
After the product is completed, we will confirm the final details with you. Within 3 working days after shipment, we will send you an exclusive logistics tracking number via email.
